Overview

We maintain the highest standards of academic excellence. In order to keep up with the latest trends in this kind of learning, regular workshops are held for teachers to share their experiences and ideas and to try out new ways of activity-based instruction.

As a School we aim to encourage every child to ask questions, seek answers and apply these in his/her education and daily lives. We endeavor to build self-confidence in every child with us so that he prepares himself ‘positively’ for the life ahead. And all this keeping the ‘joy of learning’ intact.

Innovative Teaching

We try out new, different methods of teaching, experimenting with innovations in making learning fun. For us, “work is play”.

The Project Method

Where children learn by doing is an integral part of the instructional techniques employed at our School. Students are encouraged to engage in research work for projects right from primary classes going up through the school.

Remedial Teaching

All the students in a class will never be equally good at academics. To ensure that the weaker ones do not get left behind, so to speak, a system of remedial teaching has been set up. During a remedial session, a few of the weakest students in a particular class, work with a subject teacher who goes right back to the basics and builds up from there.

Advanced Learners’ Programme

Very often better students are forgotten in the constant grind to bring weaker students up to the mark. At our School, we keep good students on their toes in their academic work and hone their intellect. Teachers expose them to more challenging learning experiences than those of the normal classroom.

Customized For Quick Learning

Character shapes the future. Learning with Honest, Respect and Compassion are the values that make the child successful. With images of violence and bitterness all around it becomes all the more imperative that we instil values in our children. Moral Science classes are the need of the times. We strive to make children understand our Holy books and underlying message of love, humanity and excellence.

Parents are our important bridge with the child. Maximum time an impressionable child spends is with their parents’. We request to parents to help the child continue and practice at home the Spirit of Positive Change that he learns and experiences from the school.

Student-Teacher Relationship

No factor is more important for positive school outcomes than the children’s perception of the teacher’s attitude toward them. CAREER GUIDANCE CELL

In today’s dynamic and competitive world where specialization is gaining importance every day, students often find themselves confused as to what they really want to do and where their basic areas of interest lie. Since the students go through various physical and emotional changes during the time when they have to decide on their careers a wrong choice often leads them to leading a frustrated and unsuccessful life.

Consequently, the school organizes various lectures, workshops and seminars for students from class 5 onward from time to time so that they can understand from specialists in various fields as to what is required for them to reach where they want to be.

Apart from this, at least one career counselling programme a year is held based on the principles of self-analysis, self-development, and career exploration in the right direction. Career guidance is provided to students to support choices in various fields which enable them to make appropriate decisions relating to their future. Specific information and guidance is provided to Parents too relating to subject choices, and possible career paths.
