Community & Outreach
Because learning grows stronger when shared
The Adhyyan School was born from a dream — a dream nurtured by R. S. Educational Society, founded by Mr. Ram Niwas Ji, a visionary who believed that education has the power to transform lives and communities.
Born in 1944 in a small village near Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Ram Niwas Ji’s journey was not an easy one. Despite family circumstances and limited encouragement, he remained determined to pursue education and earned his Master’s degree in 1968. Life presented its challenges, but his education empowered him with the resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome them. Inspired by his own experiences, he founded R. S. Educational Society (RSES) in 2005, with a mission to spread awareness about the importance of education in rural India.
Our Purpose
R.S. Educational Society was established to uplift underprivileged communities—Dalits, minorities, farmers, women, children, and unemployed youth—who often face barriers to education and growth. The Society began its work in 2003, informally engaging with these communities and realizing the need for a structured platform to drive change. Under the leadership of Mr. Ram Niwas, RSES was formally registered in 2005 with a clear vision:
“To bring marginalized sections into the mainstream of society by eradicating the lack of awareness and empowering them through education and skill development.”
The Adhyyan School — Our Living Mission
While visiting rural communities, our team discovered that many families could barely afford the basics, leaving little room for education. Schools in these areas were often under-resourced, relying on outdated teaching methods, while urban schools were rapidly adopting modern, learner-centered approaches.
To bridge this gap, RSES established The Adhyyan School in 2013 — a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school that offers quality education and equal opportunity to children from all backgrounds.
Since its inception, The Adhyyan School has become a symbol of hope and inclusivity. Over 300 students have been granted full scholarships, enabling them to dream bigger and achieve more. Many of these students have gone on to make our nation proud — including Anmol, affectionately known as the “Google Boy”, whose brilliance and curiosity inspire everyone at The Adhyyan School.
Our Commitment
Our outreach continues beyond classrooms. Through our initiatives, we:
-
Encourage education in rural and economically weaker communities.
-
Support families by offering scholarships and need-based assistance.
-
Conduct awareness drives about the value of education and skill development.
-
Partner with local organizations to create sustainable learning opportunities.
At The Adhyyan School, we believe that true education uplifts not just individuals, but entire communities. Every scholarship awarded, every student inspired, and every family empowered — is a step closer to our shared vision of an educated, equitable, and enlightened society.
