Valuables & Expensive Articles: Students must refrain from bringing expensive watches, jewellery, or large amounts of cash to school. Unauthorised articles will be confiscated and returned only to parents after written justification.

Property & Infrastructure Protection: Defacing campus premises, damaging laboratory equipment, furniture, or school assets is strictly prohibited. Applicable disciplinary action will follow, and repair/replacement costs will be recovered on an actual expense basis.

Punctuality & Gate Timings: Punctuality is a vital life discipline. Late arrivals require a written parental apology. On a third late arrival within a term, entry will be denied and the student will be safely escorted back under parental care.

Examination Integrity: Academic dishonesty, copying, or malpractice during assessments is a grave offense. The examination in question will be canceled immediately. Habitual offenses will result in an irrevocable zero and examination suspension.

Mandatory School ID Card: Every student must wear the official school ID card at all times. On a third instance of entering without an ID card, a duplicate ID will automatically be issued and charged with an administrative fee.

School Uniform Standards: Students must attend school in complete, neat, and well-ironed uniform along with polished shoes. Following three unaddressed uniform infractions, parents will be requested for a campus conference.

Personal Grooming & Hygiene: Neat hairstyles and trimmed clean nails are mandatory. Makeup, nail enamel, hair gel, fancy styling, and mehendi are strictly disallowed on school days.

Uniform for Seminars & PTMs: Students accompanying parents for Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), special workshops, or campus functions must always be dressed in full school uniform with ID badge.

Health & Infectious Ailments: Students recovering from contagious or infectious illnesses (chickenpox, measles, conjunctivitis) must not attend school until fully recovered and supported by a registered physician's fitness certificate.

Birthday Celebrations: To maintain equality and focus, birthday parties, casual clothing, and distribution of sweets, cakes, or gifts are strictly disallowed on campus.

Strict Ban on Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phones, smartwatches, cameras, personal tablets, and unapproved internet-enabled gadgets are completely banned on campus. Confiscated gadgets will not be released until the end of session, and device data may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

Monetary Transactions: Lending or borrowing money, trading articles, collecting unauthorised funds or selling goods on campus is strictly forbidden.

Classroom Decorum & Attendance: Loitering in corridors, skipping periods, classroom disruption, or discourtesy towards teachers/staff is classified as gross misconduct and referred directly to the Discipline Committee.

Responsible Social Media Usage: Cyber-bullying, defamation, derogatory postings, or inappropriate digital representation involving school peers, faculty, or institutional reputation will invite severe disciplinary and legal consequences.

STEM & Computer Lab Protocol: Science, robotics, and computer labs are centres of experiential learning. Equipment must only be operated under direct teacher supervision. Misuse or tampering with lab apparatus will invite immediate disciplinary review.

Off-Campus Uniform Conduct: Students wearing school uniform outside campus represent The Adhyyan School. Inappropriate conduct or public nuisance in uniform will be treated on par with on-campus violations.

Institutional Goodwill: Any deliberate act that damages the reputation, moral standing, or goodwill of the institution will be dealt with utmost strictness by the School Management.
