Convenient, Secure & Transparent Fee Payment Methods for Parents • The Adhyyan School, Meerut

Mode 1: School Navi Parent Portal & Mobile App

Instant, one-click online payment with digital receipt — the recommended payment method

  1. Login to School Navi (The Adhyyan School's official parent portal & app) using your registered Mobile Number and Student Admission Number. Official SMS/email with your School Navi login credentials is sent from our registered school ID — if credentials have not arrived, contact admissions@theadhyyan.edu.in or call +91 9012777716.
  2. Navigate to the Fee Details & Payment tab to view current quarterly dues.
  3. Select your preferred payment gateway: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
  4. Upon successful transaction, an official digitally signed fee receipt is instantly generated and archived in your portal.

Mode 2: Campus Accounts Counter (Physical Payment)

In-person payment at the school administrative desk

• Accepted Instruments: Cheque / Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Adhyyan School, Meerut" (Please mention Student Name, Class & Admission Number on the reverse).

• Debit / Credit Card POS Swipe: Available at the front desk counter.

• Accounts Counter Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
