With the presence of 60 enthusiastic teachers, the workshop focused on #CapacityBuilding and discussed various ways to enhance the classroom environment. Mr. S.P. Singh and Mrs. Kalpana Sijo, distinguished speakers from CBSE, shared valuable insights on motivating students and improving their learning abilities.
During the interactive session, teachers were encouraged to create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere by greeting students with a smile and accepting them as they are. They also explored the power of connecting everyday life incidents with lessons, making the learning experience more engaging and relatable.
