1. Fee Refund Eligibility
Fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases where a genuine error occurs (such as duplicate payments), The Adhyyan School may consider a refund request.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, parents must submit a written application to the school office, clearly outlining the reason for the request. The application will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
3. No Refund on Withdrawal
Fees are not refundable if a student withdraws or is suspended from the school after the commencement of the term.
